Cristina has nine years of experience in the recruitment industry. She joined our Dublin team in 2017 as a Recruitment Consultant, helping clients find top IT talent. In 2021, she transitioned into an internal role, focusing on technology, onboarding, and process optimization. Over the past year, she has specialized in Marketing and company branding, showcasing our expertise and high-quality service to clients and candidates.
Cristina holds a degree in Psychology (UAM) and a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources and Organizations (UAM). Her expertise spans recruitment, process automation, emerging technology in talent acquisition, and employer branding.
Outside of work, she loves nature, hiking, and yoga.
