Patrick is a co-founder and Director of E-Frontiers, bringing over 14 years of commercial IT experience to the business. His background spans consultancy, technical analysis, and project management across industries such as Insurance, Banking, Telecoms, Retail, and Change Management. Specialising in data-driven projects, Patrick has worked extensively with large-scale data processing, data modelling, performance tuning, ETL processes, and BI reporting. Throughout his career, he has taken on key roles, from Senior Developer and Technical Lead to Systems Analyst and Project Manager, delivering impactful solutions across multiple industries. Patrick’s technical expertise and analytical mindset continue to shape E-Frontiers' approach to recruitment, ensuring a strong connection between top talent and evolving business needs.
Tommy Kavanagh is one of our most experienced recruitment specialists. Tommy hails from Co. Tipperary and is now based in New York where he has been E-Frontiers' North American Team Lead since our New York office opened in 2017. His focus is on several key resourcing areas across financial services, FinTech, consulting, and construction jobs. He drives business development, manages active client accounts, and continues to recruit for some key clients and executive roles, ensuring the best talent solutions for our clients. Tommy and his team have worked hard to establish a very strong ex-pat network base in the United States, something that is continually growing and proving to be a valuable resource. Tommy holds degrees in Business, Sport & Exercise, and Software Development & Engineering. In his spare time, Tommy is an avid GAA fan and player and is very active in all aspects of GAA in New York, currently serving as the county secretary of New York GAA.
Alexandra Pop is the Recruitment Operations Manager at E-Frontiers. Alex has lived in Ireland for over 14 years and has developed a deep understanding of recruitment and the IT landscape. Alex leads the team to implement efficient recruitment practices across the IT and business sectors in Ireland, and the UK. She is passionate about maximising her team’s ability to source and place top candidates in roles across the full spectrum of IT and business jobs. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Project Management and is currently pursuing a Master's in Managing Performance at UCD Smurfit. Outside of work, Alex is an active player and recruitment coordinator for the Portdara ladies’ rugby club and can also be found practicing her football skills with Kildare Football Club.
Trish is a Principal Recruitment Consultant and Contracts Manager with E-Frontiers. She has over 24 years of experience in IT and management recruitment. She holds a diploma in Business Studies from Michael Smurfit UCD, a degree in Sociology from the National College of Ireland, and a certificate in Industrial Law. Trish is a veritable expert on all aspects of contracting and will skillfully guide you through the process from start to end. Trish recruits senior Program Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Automation Test Engineers.
Anca brings exceptional value to her candidates and clients through end-to-end recruitment services. With a proven track record of hiring software engineers for start-ups and multinationals alike, Anca excels in matching candidates’ skills and needs to meet client requirements. Specialising in IT roles such as Java, C#/.Net, Python, Node.js, PHP, JavaScript (including Angular, React, Vue, and Next.js), C/C++/Embedded, and CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, and Salesforce. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant in our Technical Infrastructure division, he has partnered with many of Ireland’s leading IT companies, sourcing top talent across all levels. His expertise extends beyond agency recruitment, having gained valuable on-site client experience through various recruitment projects. John holds a degree in Business Studies from Dublin Business School and is known for his professional, logical approach to matching the right talent with the right roles. His focus areas include Infrastructure Support, Cyber Security, IT Service Delivery, Linux and Network Engineering, and all things Infrastructure-related. A dedicated Newcastle and Ireland football fan, Mark's love for sports extends to just about anything on TV.
