Ernesto joined E-Frontiers in 2022 as a Technical Recruitment Consultant based in Madrid. He holds a bachelor’s degree in HR and Work Relations from the Universidad de Salamanca (USAL).
His recruitment journey began in 2021, specializing in networks, cybersecurity, sysadmin, hosting, infrastructure, backend, and middleware roles. At E-Frontiers, he focuses on sourcing top talent for Ruby on Rails and mobile development (iOS/Android) while also leading business development initiatives and managing our events agenda.
Outside of work, Ernesto is passionate about fitness and is also a top bachata dancer.
