Alexandra Pop is the Recruitment Operations Manager at E-Frontiers.
Alex has lived in Ireland for over 14 years and has developed a deep understanding of recruitment and the IT landscape. Alex leads the team to implement efficient recruitment practices across the IT and business sectors in Ireland, and the UK. She is passionate about maximising her team’s ability to source and place top candidates in roles across the full spectrum of IT and business jobs.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Project Management and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Managing Performance at UCD Smurfit. Outside of work, Alex is an active player and recruitment coordinator for the Portdara ladies’ rugby club and can also be found practicing her football skills with Kildare Football Club.
