Alejandro is our Recruitment Manager in Spain, bringing a strong background in HR transformation, analytics, and employer branding. He holds a Master’s in Human Resources and Organization + Máster’s in People Analytics. He speaks English, French, Italian, Spanish, and even a bit of Russian.

Beyond recruitment, Alejandro is passionate about learning, traveling, and writing. He teaches Data and People Analytics in different university courses and Bootcams, besides this he has already published three books in Spain and one of them with an English edition too, proving that his storytelling skills extend far beyond the workplace.
