Paula joined E-Frontiers in 2022 when she moved back to Ireland after 7 years living in New Zealand. She is a Principal Recruitment Consultant specialising in Sales & Marketing, including Account Executives and Managers across a range of industries including Tech, Consulting, Managed Services, Telecom, and Environmental Services. Paula’s strengths lie in her focus on effective communication, high levels of delivery, and an understanding of both the client‘s and candidate’s needs. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy. Paula’s previous experience in physiotherapy and in-house recruitment roles means she possesses excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Outside of work, Paula is an avid reader with her kindle never being too far away! She also loves to keep fit in the gym and running.
