Responsibilities as an Account Manager:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and understanding their business needs.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
- Oversee service delivery, ensuring SLAs are met and resolving any issues swiftly.
- Prepare and present performance reports, analyzing data to improve service offerings.
- Manage contract renewals and assist with negotiations to align with client and company goals.
About You:
- 1-2 years of experience in account management or sales within the technology sector.
- Experience with MSP or multi-cloud environments is a must.
- Experience with cybersecurity will be a big plus.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver exceptional results.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office, with an analytical mindset.
