Key Responsibilities
- Manage the software development lifecycle
- Lead coding, system design, and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Oversee testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Develop and execute project plans from start to finish
Requirements
- Experience with Beckhoff PLC programming (advantageous)
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience as a controls engineer
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience writing unit, integration, and performance tests
