Quantity Surveyor
This role will entail quantity surveying on multi-million-euro projects entailing tasks such as valuations, claims, cost management, subcontractor management, procurement and pricing works. Estimating new tenders will form a vital task within the role.
Must have a background in Civil Engineering!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must Hold a BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- K Min 3-5years of recent practical experience in a project QS/Estimating role in IRL or UK Must have excellent knowledge in MS Office skills
- Must have the ability to multi-task
- Good Organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Preferable have a proven ability to prepare and price civil tenders
- Preferable but not essential to be a member of the society of chartered surveyors
