Project Administrator

Dublin hybrid 

Are you passionate about security solutions and thrive in a collaborative environment? Our client, a leader in access control, visitor management, and security software are seeking a Project Administrator to join their forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities as a Project Administrator :

  • Process project orders for our Visitor Management portfolio, ensuring accuracy in pricing, customer data, and order details.
  • Input customer and project information into the ERP system, managing contracts and billing terms.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate records.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates using tools like Salesforce, Google Sheets, and MS Excel.
  • Support day-to-day operations and assist in global team optimization projects.

About You:

  • Experienced in ERP systems (SAP or Netsuite preferred).
  • Proven skills in data analysis, Excel spreadsheet management, and project handling - essential. 
  • Strong communicator, fluent in Business English, able to work effectively in multicultural environments.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and skilled in planning and teamwork.
  • Familiar with European business practices and project-based work environments.
  • Prior experience in a project-focused role is a plus.
