The Innovation Executive is responsible for monitoring and implementing innovative ideas and strategies to enhance the sustainable management of waste tyres 
Key responsibilities include: 
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Senior Management Team to monitor, identify and implement innovative solutions for tyre recycling and recovery. 
Coordinating with partners and teams to execute these strategies and drive growth aligned to circular economy principles. 
Implement a strategy to promote the uses of recycled tyre shred including outlining key accomplishments and milestones achieved by Company, highlighting its contributions to sustainable tyre management.

Manage relationships with third level institutions and organisations such as Construct Innovate or the Irish Green Building Council

Manage end of waste applications

Qualifications: 
Candidates for this role should have some, or all of the following attributes : 

• Strong project management and organisational skills. 

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

• Excellent communication skills. 

• The ability to form partnerships and negotiate agreements. 

• Experience in working with Local Authorities and State agencies 

• Waste management and the environment. 

• A relevant degree is a plus. 

Candidates must hold a full driving licence.
