Role - MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor

Data Centre Projects

Working within & assisting the commercial & construction team to ensure a successful project is delivered, while maintaining relationships, maximising commercial returns and manage risk.
Your day to day will include:

• Feasibility , Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure the budget requirements are met.
• Manage cashflow for large MEP packages throughout delivery
• Compile and issue commercial reports to the project leadership team for CVR's

Experience & Skills

• Have experience commercially managing, high value M&E works
• Are proficient in the use of MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
• Are degree qualified and able to demonstrate strong communication.

Qualifications

• Academic and/or Professional qualification in construction related subject. Ideally chartered
