Health and Safety Manager – Frankfurt

Introduction

Our client is a large multinational working on a number of large multi disciplinary projects across Germany, UK and Ireland.

We are seeking a dedicated HSQE Manager to uphold our clients high standards of health and safety across projects in Frankfurt. Reporting to the HSQE Director, you will play a pivotal role in implementing safety management systems and promoting a positive safety culture throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with German and EU health and safety regulations.
• Implement and maintain safety management systems on all projects.
• Conduct site inspections and audits, addressing any identified risks.
• Deliver training and toolbox talks to enhance safety awareness.
• Investigate incidents and enforce preventive measures.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies on safety matters.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
• Proven health and safety experience, ideally in construction.
• Strong knowledge of German health and safety regulations.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working on Data Centre projects is preferred.
