Rate: £500 (inside IR35)
Context: The client are trying to run an agile approach across business, technical, scripting and procedures. Key members are not agile practitioners so they need someone that can come in and help them organize and run the program in an agile methodology.
Project Manager at a Tier 1 British Bank – Focus on Agile and LoanIQ
Responsibilities:
- Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Expert proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is required.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize program/project outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress
