As a key player in the Agile delivery process, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver innovative solutions that meet both customer and business needs. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, translating business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the team delivers maximum value aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and QA engineers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in financial services and technology to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in financial services.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance is a plus.
