Genesys Cloud Routing Developer
Location: Fully Remote, PST Hours
Duration: 6 months rolling contract
Daily rtae: DOE 

We’re seeking a skilled Genesys Cloud Routing Developer for a fully remote, 6-month rolling contract. If you’re passionate about creating efficient and scalable contact center solutions, this role is for you!

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop routing applications for IVR, voice, and multi-channel platforms using Genesys Cloud Architect Flows and JavaScript.
• Analyze and enhance existing workflows to meet new business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Leverage Genesys Cloud APIs and create data actions to integrate with interfacing applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote knowledge sharing and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Optimize routing solutions for performance and scalability while supporting CI/CD processes using Terraform.

Your Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in contact center routing development: Voice, IVR, Multi-Channel.
• Genesys Certification in Routing and strong expertise in Architect Flows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and working knowledge of Genesys Cloud APIs.
• Familiarity with Terraform and CI/CD workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
