The candidate will coordinate all project-related activities, working with internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of the Project Business Plan.

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level qualification in Property Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Experience as a Development Manager with a Developer is essential – prior experience as a Project Manager with a developer or main contractor is desirable.
• Knowledge of residential planning, unit typologies, efficiencies, cost metrics, and market trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
