Role Overview

TSL is seeking an experienced Aftercare Manager for a full-time role based in Germany. 

Key Responsibilities

• To provide high quality services to clients through, defects monitoring and reporting; 
• To manage development projects from handover until the end of the defects liability period;  
• Effectively manage the reported defects for newly completed projects and drive an excellent service to our clients and improve on current KPI’s; 
• To proactively manage responses to complaints arising from poor contractor performance in the resolution of defects;  
• To manage the latent defects process and update periodically following client feedback;  
• To build relationships with internal and external colleagues in order to deliver an excellent aftercare service;
