Senior Pre-Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-construction activities across multiple projects.

• Input into the tender delivery program and monitor progress.

• Lead internal and external tender meetings.

• Visit project sites to assess construction-related factors and constraints.

• Engage with clients and designers to understand project constraints.

• Develop construction methodology and logistics diagrams with the Project Manager.

• Collaborate with senior management and project teams to align construction programs with methodology.

• Work closely with estimators and quantity surveyors to develop commercial strategies.

• Manage risks and opportunities throughout the pre-construction phase.

• Ensure smooth communication of bid and construction methodology to the project team.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Italian/German.

• Practical on-site experience from a technical or planning background.

• Qualification in design, planning, project management, or estimating.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Effective leadership and coordination abilities.

• Proactive and problem-solving mindset with solid construction knowledge.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

• German driving license class B.

• Work and residence permit for Italy/Germany or EU citizenship.
