We are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial and contractual performance of building projects in Dublin. This role involves overseeing costs, contracts, and procurement while ensuring financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Contract: Review tender documents and assist in setting commercial targets.
• During Construction: Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, valuations, payments, variations, and reporting.
• Post-Contract: Finalise accounts and ensure all documentation is completed.

Requirements:

• Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with a building contractor.
• Strong IT and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
