Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-calibre Quality Control Site Supervisor to join our team for projects in Dublin & the Greater Dublin Area. This is a multisite role with the responsibility of overseeing quality control across live construction sites, ensuring compliance with regulations, driving corrective actions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

• Trades background with appropriate certification.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role or in a General/Finishing Foreman type role
• Strong knowledge of construction details, regulations, and certification standards.
• Proven background in large-scale, residential construction.
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and inquisitive with the ability to challenge site teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily walkthrough inspections across live sites to identify defects and compliance issues.
• Investigate non-conformances and lead corrective actions.
• Champion BCAR compliance and promote a quality-driven culture.
• Maintain and audit reports using construction software platforms.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure the successful implementation of quality procedures.
• Manage internal audits, customer complaints, and product reviews.
• Travel nationwide to sites as required.
