An opportunity for an ambitious Health & Safety Officer to oversee safety management on a residential construction site in Dublin . Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, the role involves implementing and enforcing the company’s safety management system.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in construction safety, preferably residential.
• Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
• IOSH membership preferred.
• Ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Monitor and enforce health & safety policies on-site.
• Identify and mitigate site-specific hazards.
• Maintain statutory records and site documentation.
• Conduct audits and address non-conformances.
• Support risk assessments, training, and contractor compliance.
• Investigate incidents and contribute to safety meetings.
• Strong ability to manage risk and compliance on-site.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
