Accounts Receivable & Customer Services Specialist – French Market
Hybrid | 18-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Drogheda, Co. Louth

Looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking an Accounts Receivable & Customer Services Specialist to join our dynamic team supporting our French business. This role offers the perfect blend of finance and customer service, working with a leading European retail energy provider.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable tasks, including billing, direct debit processing, and credit control.
  • Provide customer service support to French-based clients via phone and email.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues while ensuring top-tier service.
  • Maintain customer accounts and assist with reconciliations and month-end reporting.
  • Support the Accounts Receivable Manager on projects and process improvements.

About You:

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous Accounts Receivable experience is a plus.
  • Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is an advantage.
  • A detail-oriented, problem-solving team player with a positive attitude.
