Our client is seeking a Senior Project/Contracts Manager to lead a large high density residential development in South Dublin. The project is ongoing & consists of >500 units being built in phases over the next 3 years. The client has a large upcoming project in Meath to deliver circa 1000 units over the course over circa 5/6 years which will commence when this project is complete.

This hands-on role is based on-site in South Dublin and requires managing all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion. This position is ideal for a professional with significant experience in managing large-scale residential projects for main contractors or developers.

Qualifications
