As Finance Director, you’ll oversee the finance function in Germany, ensuring financial stability and strategic growth. Reporting to the Germany COO and working closely with the Commercial Director, you’ll provide expert financial guidance while maintaining alignment with group finance teams. This role requires fluency in German and English and offers the opportunity to shape financial operations in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance department, ensuring efficient processes that support business expansion.
• Provide financial business partnering to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions.
• Oversee month-end accounts, P&L reforecasting, and five-year business planning.
• Maintain compliance with the group finance calendar, ensuring timely reporting and consolidation.
• Ensure smooth financial operations, including supplier payments, to avoid project delays.

• A proven Finance Director with experience in a multinational business.
• Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Solid experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and business planning.
