Recruitment Consultant – Dublin – Construction Desk

We are looking for an experienced Construction Recruiter to manage a dedicated desk for a major global construction contractor. This role involves high-volume hiring across all levels of construction roles for large commercial builds, including data centers, warehouses, logistics centers, and manufacturing sites across Europe.

This is a delivery-focused role with no BD function, ideal for a recruiter with a strong construction or engineering background who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Source and engage top construction talent through various channels.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and effective pipeline management.
• Track and report on hiring metrics, ensuring targets are met.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Data center recruitment experience is a strong plus.
• Experience recruiting into European locations is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry and job market.
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring and multiple open roles.
• Experience sourcing technical and on-site roles at various levels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment KPIs.

This is a highvolume desk with great potential for increased earnings. The role is permanent, commission based.
