Our client, a multi-award-winning, multidisciplinary building contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. With over 30 years of expertise in the construction industry, they have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects across various sectors. 

In this role, you will be leading a Residential Apartment Development in Drogheda, a long-term project spanning the next three to four years. What We Are Looking For: 

• 3+ years of site management experience 

• A third-level qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a relevant trade background 

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and environmental compliance 

• A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent leadership skills
