Our client who are a Construction Contractor within the Irish building industry are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their team in Waterford City. This is a permanent position on a Residential development consisting of both houses and apartments. This project has just commenced and the company have a pipeline of work guaranteed for the next number of years in the South East.
Requirements
Trade background or Construction related Degree
Good knowledge of latest building regulations and standards
Proven track record having managed medium to large scale residential projects
Ability to manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
5+ years of Site Management experience
