The Role
As HR Manager, you’ll lead strategic HR initiatives to drive organizational performance, support talent management, and foster employee engagement. This role combines hands-on and strategic HR management, making it a dynamic and rewarding opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational performance through core HR initiatives.
• Oversee talent management, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
• Excellent understanding of the Portuguese compliance requirements specific to Construction 
• Provide expert advice on employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Develop HR policies, engagement strategies, and manage change projects.
• Lead compensation, benefits, and performance management strategies.

About You

• Proven experience in HR management, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Irish employment law; knowledge of other countries is a bonus.
• Experience with change management, employee relations, and engagement strategies.
• Hands-on and strategic approach with strong communication skills.
