As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role based on a residential project in Dublin, ensuring maximum value for money while maintaining required standards. This position involves full-spectrum Quantity Surveying duties, from civils/groundworks to turnkey handover of a fully completed project. You will support the Project Management team in delivering financial and contractual control costs across all contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual communications and notices.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 8 years of commercial experience in quantity surveying.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites simultaneously.
• Strong contractual knowledge and experience.
• Background with a Developer or Main Contractor preferred
