Project Manager – North West of Ireland

Main Contractor – Residential (Housing)

Location: Sligo
Experience: minimum 10 years in construction project management, residential housing experience desirable

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a housing project in Sligo. The project is due to commence in the next 1/2 months & will have a duration of 1 year. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage key stakeholders while ensuring compliance with industry and healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hospital construction projects safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Ensure all project phases comply with healthcare regulations and client standards.
  • Communicate effectively with management, clients, and stakeholders, presenting alternative solutions when needed.
  • Develop detailed project plans and strategies to oversee the full project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, schedules, and potential risks.

Requirements:

  • A relevant 3rd-level qualification in construction, engineering, or project management.
  • 8-10 years of experience in construction project management, ideally within hospital or healthcare-related projects.
