Change and Configuration Analyst 

450-500 per day

Can be based in Poland, Ireland or Turkey

Remote - but need to be able to go to company office in either Dublin, Poland, Turkey location if needed.  Need to have valid work permit for country of residence. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 
  • Timely provision of management information to all key stakeholders for the Forward Schedule of Change (FSC), Technical Change Assessment, Change Advisory Board (CAB), and service performance reporting. 

  • Manage corrective actions for failed and unauthorized changes. 

  • Ensure timely preparation of accurate change data and ownership for progress on actions for Change Management attendance at required meetings. 

  • Manage and steward all Change Requests throughout the change management lifecycle. 

  • Coordinate with stakeholders on change management, ensuring changes are submitted correctly and reviewed by the appropriate parties 

  • Ensure quality change management data is recorded and assessed for onward presentation at each change management process control gateway. 

  • Chair Virtual CAB/E-CABs, including maintenance and delivery of all associated documentation. 

  • Update and maintain the CMS, ensuring data quality and accuracy, including maintenance of Configuration Item (CI) relationships, services and service offerings. 

  • Review and improve our data quality in the CSDM, working with stakeholders, process owners and support teams to ensure understanding and use of consistent data. 

  • Ensure that appropriate data, forms, and CIs are available for use by all authorized personnel. 

  • Maintain Configuration Management toolsets, including 'admin' role duties in ServiceNow. 

  • Participate in internal and external audits as required. 

  • Identify potential process improvements, make appropriate recommendations, and manage through any process improvement activity. 

  • Represent your team or group at external meetings. The role may be involved in developing events, activities and internal projects of some complexity. 

  

 

Skills & Experience  

  

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in ITIL 4 or similar area. 

  • Proven experience in managing change processes within an organization. 

  • Excellent communication skills for clear articulation of changes and their impacts to stakeholders 

  • Ability to lead and chair Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Boards (E-CAB). 

  • Extensive experience in configuration management and maintaining data quality. 

  • Expertise in ServiceNow and other discovery tools used for tracking configuration items.
