The Role

As Senior Director – Data Science Expert Group, you will lead the development and deployment of AI and data-driven solutions that address complex client challenges. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape strategic initiatives, guide AI/ML project delivery, and mentor a team of data professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage analytics and AI projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
Develop and deploy scalable data science and AI models to solve client-specific challenges.
Oversee AI/ML model development, from data enrichment and exploratory analysis to model calibration and validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data strategies and deliver high-value solutions.
Mentor junior colleagues and foster a strong data-driven culture.
Identify new AI/ML use cases and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
Stay ahead of emerging AI and data science trends to drive innovation.

What You Bring

✅ Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
✅ Experience: 6+ years in data analysis, AI/ML, and management consultancy.
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Git, Docker, and MLOps deployment.
✅ Leadership: Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering AI solutions at scale.
✅ Cloud & Visualization: Familiarity with AWS/Azure and data visualization tools is a plus.
✅ Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data insights into business impact.
