The opportunity:

As a Contracts Manager, you will join an ambitious tier 2 construction firm based out of Wexford & looking to grow & expand & with a strong pipeline of work at present, mainly in the Dublin region. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing & delivering 3/4 medium/large scale construction projects concurrently.

You will need:

• 5+ years of construction experience at Contract Manager level
• Ambition, drive and a passion for delivering excellence
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills, with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects
• Good experience & knowledge of working within the Leinster region
• A strong network of client and supply chain contacts throughout Local area
