Key Responsibilities:
Assessing individual package requirements, including fixed-price elements and contingency allowances, for review at the tender stage
Logging tender documents, addendums, and client communications on the server, ensuring relevant team members have access
Creating subcontractor enquiry schedules, collaborating with the tender team and procurement department to select preferred contractors
Issuing material enquiries and evaluating competitive pricing options
Requirements:
A professional qualification such as MCIOB/RICS, a relevant third-level degree, or equivalent experience
Strong analytical and numerical skills to assess specifications, costs, and associated risks
Experience using estimating software such as Conquest, Causeway, Coins, or similar
