About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a multiple modular building projects. Role be based from the clients factory in Kildare with regular site visits. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage key stakeholders while ensuring compliance with industry and healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee delivery of projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with management, clients, and stakeholders, presenting alternative solutions when needed.
• Develop project plans and strategies to oversee the full project lifecycle.
• Report on project progress, budgets, schedules, and potential risks.

Requirements:

• A relevant 3rd-level qualification in construction, engineering, or project management or a trades background

8-10 years of experience in construction project management, ideally working on Education related projects, though not essential
