Qualifications & Experience:

• Level 8 degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day project delivery, meeting budget, time, and quality targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and regional councils.
• Manage operational relationships with stakeholders and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks impacting project budgets and supplier costs.
• Monitor performance against targets and certify work quality.
• Investigate incidents, quality failures, and service deterioration trends, implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct cost analysis, prepare tender/contract documents, and oversee budgetary control.
• Perform regular audits to ensure high service standards.
