As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading brand strategy across both digital and on-site platforms while driving social media engagement and ensuring consistent branding. The Marketing Manager will spearhead the company’s social media strategy, safeguard brand integrity, and collaborate across departments, particularly with HR and the Graphic Design team, to ensure the company’s identity is represented consistently. You’ll monitor competitors and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Lead the development and execution of social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Brand Auditing & Protection: Ensure consistent use of branding across all digital platforms and physical assets, collaborating with the Graphic Design team.
• Branding at Construction Sites: Manage branding efforts across digital and on-site locations, ensuring cohesive visual identity.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitors, providing actionable insights to adapt marketing strategies.
• Collaboration with HR: Align marketing and recruitment efforts to build the company’s employer brand and attract top talent.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on social media, digital content, and branding.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
• Experience in brand protection, competitor analysis, and digital content strategies.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, or photography is a plus.
