We are hiring an experienced Crane Supervisor to oversee lifting operations on a large-scale data center project in Sines, Portugal. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading global contractor on a high-profile development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all crane and lifting operations on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Coordinate with site managers, crane operators, and riggers to ensure smooth workflow.

• Conduct pre-lift assessments and ensure proper lifting plans are followed.

• Monitor equipment usage and maintenance schedules.

• Enforce health & safety standards and ensure risk assessments are completed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Crane Supervisor on large-scale construction projects.

• CPCS or equivalent crane supervision qualification (international certifications accepted).

• Strong knowledge of lifting plans, rigging, and heavy lifting equipment.

• Experience working on data center or large commercial projects preferred.

• Fluent English required; Portuguese is an advantage.

• Right to work in Portugal or EU citizenship preferred.
