Site Manager – Tier 1 Contractor – Dublin
Permanent Position
Our client a Tier 1 Contractor, are seeking an experienced strong Site Manager to join their team for some upcoming projects. They require a strong Site Manager with good all round construction experience in civils/groundworks, concrete, structures, façade & internals on a variety of upcoming projects from residential to commercial, date centres, hotels etc.
Requirements
- Trade Background or Construction related Degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Site Manager with a Developer or Main Contractor
- Previous Experience on large scale Residential projects is desirable
- Manage the civils/groundworks, drainage, along with the structure, concrete works, façade, & oversee Finishing Foremen on Internal works
- Manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
