Fitout Site Manager – Tier 1 Contractor – Dublin City

Permanent Position

Our client a Tier 1 Contractor, are seeking an experienced Fitout Site Manager to join their Fitout Division on a high profile fitout project in Dublin City. They require a strong Site Manager with good all round experience but who’s particularly strong on the fitout, finishes, internals etc ideally on hotel, resi  & commercial type projects.

Requirements

• Trade Background or Construction related Degree
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Site Manager with a Developer or Main Contractor
• Previous Experience on fitout projects is desirable
• Manage & oversee the fitout/finishes of all Internal works
• Manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
