Site Manager – Developer – South Dublin
Permanent Position
Our client a Developer, are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a residential project in South Dublin, which is a mix of high & low density units. They require a strong Site Manager with good all round construction experience in civils/groundworks, concrete, structures, façade & internals. Experience working on both housing & apartment projects would be desirable though not essential.
Requirements
- Trade Background or Construction related Degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Site Manager with a Developer or Main Contractor
- Previous Experience on large scale Residential projects is desirable
- Manage the civils/groundworks, drainage, along with the structure, concrete works, façade, & oversee Finishing Foremen on Internal works
- Manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
