Riskonnect Consultant
6-Month Contract | Hybrid (London/Newcastle) | Inside IR35 | Rate DOE
We’re looking for an experienced Riskonnect Consultant to join a leading global professional services firm for a 6-month contract. This hybrid role is based in London or Newcastle, combining flexibility with occasional onsite collaboration. The position sits inside IR35, with a competitive day rate based on experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to enhance and maintain a Salesforce-based GRC platform—Riskonnect—supporting core risk and control procedures across high-impact business areas like Finance and IT. You’ll play a key role in driving system improvements and embedding a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert for Riskonnect, identifying opportunities for system improvement and alignment with business needs.

Manage system configuration including reports, workflows, templates, validation rules, and hierarchy changes.

Handle day-to-day support tasks: data loads, user access, and ticket resolution.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to deliver scalable solutions.

Stay current with Salesforce updates, sandbox refreshes, and release documentation.
About You

Proven experience as a Riskonnect Consultant or Salesforce Admin, with 3+ years of Salesforce expertise.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an eye for continuous improvement.

Confident translating business requirements into system functionality.

Effective communicator and trainer, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Experience in regulated, fast-paced environments and working with third-party systems is a plus.
