Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Dublin (Hybrid) | Duration: 12-Month daily rate Contract

Are you passionate about recruitment and looking for a role where you can make an impact? As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll support a growing Talent Acquisition team, managing recruitment processes, coordinating candidate experiences, and ensuring seamless hiring operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings and monitor resource approvals.
  • Coordinate candidate communications, interview schedules, and hiring processes.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and maintain key internal databases.
  • Support early talent recruitment by attending career fairs and graduate events.
  • Ensure compliance with employment policies, GDPR regulations, and onboarding procedures.

About You

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A HR qualification or experience with SAP is a plus.
