Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our Galway team for a 2-year Fixed Term Contract. The role involves assisting the Senior QS with managing subcontract packages, payments, and cost reports for residential and commercial projects.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3-5 years post-graduate experience with a PQS or contractor.
• Experience with RC frame/apartment or residential/commercial projects ideal but not essential.
• Strong IT skills (Cubit, Cost-ex, MS Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior QS with managing subcontract packages, payments, and normal QS duties.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly internal valuations and cost reports.
• Report on project budgets and variations.
• Maintain subcontractor and supplier contractual details.
• Tasks will grow in complexity as you gain experience.
