Our client is seeking a strong Project Manager to lead a large high density residential development in South Dublin. The project has just started & consists of 200+ units being built in phases over the next 3 years. The client has a large portfolio of sites to deliver over the course over the next 5/6 years across Dublin & the Greater Dublin area.

This hands-on role is based on-site and requires managing all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion. This position is ideal for a professional with significant experience in managing large-scale residential projects for main contractors or developers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (desirable).
