How do we work? For clients
Does E-Frontiers require exclusivity?
No, E-Frontiers does not require exclusivity. We act as a support agency for your company and your recruitment processes. You are free to fill roles through other channels as well.
Is it worthwhile for clients to engage a recruitment agency?
Yes, partnering with a recruitment agency saves time, provides access to top talent, and ensures a streamlined hiring process, helping you find the right candidate faster. Our goal is to place the right person in the role. There are no extra fees for time spent or candidates sent—fees apply only when a candidate is hired.
Is there a warranty time period? What happens if the candidate is subsequently found to be not the right fit?
Yes, we offer a warranty period to ensure the right fit. Hiring doesn’t end when a contract is signed, so if a candidate leaves or isn’t quite the right match within this period, we will provide solutions such as a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
How long does the recruitment process take?
The total time of the process very much depends on the company involved and the nature of the roles to be filled. On average, our process takes 3-6 weeks.
How is payment made?
On the day of confirmation of the candidate’s appointment to their new position, E-Frontiers will issue an invoice with payment terms of one month. This will be requested through bank transfer.
What sets E-Frontiers apart from other agencies?
What sets E-Frontiers apart from other recruitment agencies is our focus on quality over quantity. Founded by tech experts, our team is highly trained in the technologies and markets we serve. From the first call, we understand exactly what we’re looking for and work hard to find the best fit for your needs.
What factors are decisive for successful hiring?
Several factors contribute to a successful hiring process:
– Clear Communication: Between the client, recruitment agency, and candidate.
– Timeline & Process Phases: The time the position has been open and the stages of the selection process.
– Profile & Requirements: Ensuring the candidate’s skills match the job’s specific needs.
– Offered Conditions: Competitive and attractive compensation and benefits.
All of these elements play a crucial role in finding the right fit.

If the client needs to fill several positions that are similar, can E-Frontiers facilitate this?
