Role: As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for detailed technical analysis of system hardware and software to meet various requirements. Collaborating with agile teams, you will gather and document technical requirements, facilitate scoping sessions, and lead reviews of system features. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding and improving backend systems, focusing on high-performance, high-availability transaction processing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis and documentation for platform features and system requirements
• Identify gaps in existing systems and propose innovative solutions
• Conduct competitive analysis and research to enhance platform features
• Collaborate with teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Monitor and improve system performance through observability enhancements and security protocols

Qualifications:

• Experience in technical requirements gathering, particularly for Java-based backend systems
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and high-performance transaction processing
• Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Prometheus) and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with automation tools like Jenkins, Chef, and security practices (SSL, OAuth, MTLS)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Windows/Linux operating systems and network protocols
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation and monitoring as code
• Knowledge of network security and API authentication mechanisms
