Overview:
You will act as the Performance Test Lead overseeing technical areas within Quality Engineering projects using available frameworks and tools to establish client project plans.

Responsibilities:
- Key project stakeholder management
- Requirements Gathering
- Prepare Performance Test Plans for projects
- Definition of performance test scenarios
- Lead team of 2 off-shore resources
- Support Performance Testers with Script and Execution escalations
- Reporting regular status to technical test manager
- Delegation, final review and presentation of Performance Test Exit Reports
- Design and implement Performance continuous quality roadmap
- Participate in Scrum events and Walkthroughs with Dev team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
Desirable:
- Certification in NFT such as LoadRunner, MSVS, Blazemeter/Jmeter, Neoload
- Additional course or certification in Quality Engineering
