Salary 90-100k per annum.
Minimum 10 years’ experience leading transformational change in a financial services industry. Technical project and programme management experience with a proven track record of managing and changing workflow platforms in an Agile environment. Business focussed project lead with a proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple business stakeholders. Previous experience of delivering change on cloud-based platforms.
Excellent attention to detail with an ability to plan strategically.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
A proven track record in managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on action and progress.
